We are In-fusion Catering Services, Barbados’ first and only fusion catering company. Most people hear caterer and think food and sometimes drinks. At In-fusion we embrace both definitions, we believe in providing our clients with best of everything,  and providing the ultimate experience is our only goal. We aim to simplify, and enhance the catering experience, we bring innovation, creativity, professionalism and excellence to every job we do.

We continue to widen our reach within corporate Barbados and amongst private customers by delivering stellar service, creative menu selections and a memorable experience. With increasing demands for all-inclusive catering packages, Bar by In fusion our newest company, has been created to support In-fusion Catering in the beverages division. Both companies offer full service packages, which includes – the provision of trained staff, organization of event logistics in relation to food and beverage, management and customization of services in relation to the event theme or customer preference. Both brands will work independently and in tandem to enhance the catering experience.

The Mastermind Behind

Chef Omar Robertson is the Executive Chef and owner of In-fusion Catering Services, one of Barbados’ newest and ambitious catering companies, focusing on his own brand of fusion cuisine.

Blending his training in Classic French Cuisine courtesy of Le Cordon Bleu Paris, Ottawa Culinary Institute where he received the prestigious ‘Le Grande Diplome’ for completing his training in both Pastry and Cuisine, and his West Indian background to create fun, whimsical plays on classic dishes, reimagined and  rethought.

He is also the recipient of a Professional Diploma in Cookery from the acclaimed Stratford Chef School, where he furthered his culinary training, as well as learned Restaurant Management and Design.

When not running In-fusion with its highly motivated young staff, he acts as a consultant, most recently for the recently completed Barbados Food & Wine and Rum Festival 2011 where he acted as In-Country Culinary Producer, responsible for co-ordinating everything for the international chefs cooking needs while in Barbados. He also acts as the lead Consultant for Fine Cuisine Magazine.
